West Elk 3D Archery Competition
August 3, 2019
Crested Butte Mountain Resort and West Elk Archers will host the 6th annual 3D competition giving archers the chance to access the beautiful Gunnison National Forest via the Red Lady Express chairlift. Participants will take the lift up to the start of the course at 10,300 feet with amazing views of the Elk Mountain Range to the north. A sight-in range will be set near the top of the lift for archers to warm up before starting the course. From there, archers will follow the course through open country and dark timber along 30 targets for a one-day competition. An awards party with awesome prizes will be held afterwards in the base area.
